Sechrest Construction Update March 2nd-13th

Please find below the construction schedule for the next two weeks, March 2^nd– 13^th.

For your safety and that of our crews, please stay off active construction sites and old cart paths until they are reopened.

Scheduled Work:

• 2^nd -6^th: Weather Permitting:
  • Beemer to be testing all water/sewer/storm lines on 1^st plat by the end of the week.
  • Sosaya to begin boring for electric lines under the roads to connect plats 1, 3 and 4 at the end of the week.
  • Rock and dirt moved to create berms, these may be crossing plats as needed.
• 9^th-13^th:
  • Sosaya to finish any boring remaining. Upon completion of boring, Evergy will be scheduled to come and make electrical connections.
  • Rock and dirt moved to create berms, these may be crossing plats as needed.

Expected Impacts:

• Electric line boring and potholing, as needed.
• Walking paths of holes 1-9 closed, expected to reopen in Summer of 2026.
• Road plate across Grace Dr., connecting holes 4 and 5, expected to stay until Fall of 2026 to protect road.
• Construction Hours: Monday – Friday 7am- 6pm, Saturdays as needed 8am -3pm
