The application for approval of Preliminary Plats for the Sechrest property is scheduled to be reviewed and considered by the Village’s Planning Commission at their meeting on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm. This application is scheduled to then be reviewed and considered by the Village Board of Trustees at their meeting on September 16, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm.
