The Village of Loch Lloyd is accepting applications to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission or Board of Adjustment. These are great opportunities to get involved in the community and have a deeper understanding of local government.
What is the role of a Planning and Zoning Commission member?
Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission serve in an advisory role to review, research, and make recommendations on issues related to development, such as site plans, subdivisions, land use, and zoning.
What is the role of a Board of Adjustment member?
Members of the Board of Adjustment hear and decide on appeals from the direction given by the Zoning Administrator related to variances, special use permits, and appeals.
