A rezoning application for the Neighbors Property is scheduled to be reviewed and considered by the Village’s Planning Commission at their meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm. This application is scheduled to then be reviewed and considered by the Village Board of Trustees at their meeting on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, starting at 6:00 pm. Both meetings will take place at the Loch Lloyd Country Club – Lower Level.
