The following is a draft of a new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) as recommended for the Village of Loch Lloyd by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting on March 18, 2026. Text in red is generally new language being proposed or substantially rewritten from the language found in the current UDO. Sections modified by the Planning Commission at their March 18, 2026, meeting are highlighted in yellow. This draft will be presented to the Village Board of Trustees at their meeting scheduled for 6 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Loch Lloyd Country Club. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting and provide comments to the Board.
